Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends ship the next business day.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Standard Ground (UPS / FedEx): 3–5 business days — Free on orders over $500
  • 2-Day Shipping: 2 business days — calculated at checkout by weight
  • Overnight: Next business day — available on orders placed before 12:00 PM PT

Standard ground shipping rates are calculated by weight at checkout. Orders over $500 qualify for free standard ground shipping to the contiguous 48 states.

Delivery Areas

We ship to all 50 US states. Free ground shipping applies to the contiguous 48 states only; Alaska and Hawaii orders will have shipping calculated at checkout.

International: We ship to Canada and Mexico. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and import taxes which are the responsibility of the buyer. Estimated transit times are 7–14 business days.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can track your shipment directly on the UPS or FedEx website using that number.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product and contact us within 5 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no charge.

For lost shipments, contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed and we'll work with the carrier to locate your order or issue a replacement.
