Returns & Refunds

Our straightforward return policy for wholesale customers.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on unopened products in original packaging within 30 days of the ship date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition it was received
  • In the original, undamaged packaging
  • Returned within 30 days of the original ship date

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll send a Return Authorization (RA) number within 1 business day
  3. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method (customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective)
  5. Your refund will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the return

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used products
  • Products past their expiration date
  • Custom or bulk orders over 10 units
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 5 days of delivery and we'll make it right — including sending a replacement at no additional charge.

Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging in your email to speed up the resolution.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, initiate a return for the original item and place a new order. This ensures the fastest turnaround for you.
